Certiflow automatically analyses laboratory reports using artificial intelligence. Laboratory results are reliably extracted from PDFs, images and all common document formats and recorded in a structured manner - without the need for manual data entry.
Internal limit values and product specifications can be entered directly into Certiflow. Laboratory results received from laboratories or suppliers are automatically compared against these specifications, and any deviations are identified immediately.
In addition, sensory test parameters and manually recorded quality characteristics can be included in the assessment. Based on the results, Certiflow automatically generates test reports and supports the entire product approval process.
This means that a large part of the quality control and product approval process is managed centrally in Certiflow - documented in an audit-proof manner, traceable at all times and optimally prepared for audits.
