Checklists
Checklists have already established themselves in various industries as a proven method for ensuring quality standards. We have adapted this principle for Certiflow and offer you a platform that manages the allocation of certificates to suppliers using checklists.
Notifications
You can contact your suppliers directly from the platform by email. This allows you to simply and easily request missing checklist entries (e.g. certificates) and have them delivered by the supplier.
Supplier portal
Your supplier also benefits from Certiflow. They can transmit and allocate the certificates themselves, making it easier for both sides to check and document the certification status.
Retrospective certification
Always ready for an audit! With Certiflow, you can prove at any time which certifications were available at which time for each supplier and each source of supply.
Product specifications
Product specifications such as laboratory values and quality parameters are recorded as attributes, linked and automatically generated as PDFs for suppliers and customers.
ERP system integration
Certiflow synchronises the supplier master data and the release status of suppliers and sources of supply live and automatically from or to your GUS-OS ERP system. The integration works in any CIS installation with minimal set-up effort. Thanks to our GUS-optimised interfaces, no project-specific programming is required, just the installation of an update package.

The purchasing and sales teams can access certificates and key documents at any time to ensure secure procurement and the swift, reliable provision of evidence to customers.
Requirements / Checklists & Archive
Certiflow organises all documentation requirements for suppliers and products into checklists. These include every document required for the specific unit (product/supplier), and incoming documents are assigned by your quality assurance team to one of these checklist items. Certiflow also archives these documents for long-term access and audit-proof accessibility.
Supplier portal
A highlight of Certiflow is the intuitive self-service portal for your suppliers: documents can be uploaded worldwide in a matter of seconds, missing documents are automatically detected and requested via a reminder function. This saves the quality assurance team a great deal of time, reduces the need for manual follow-up and ensures a smooth, efficient process.
